"I want to impact the lives of those I care about and maybe those I do not know." - Cass

In honor of Cassidy's 22nd Birthday, the Flood family is continuing to honor her bright and inspiring legacy. All donations made to the "Go All In for Cassidy" campaign will be used to support the mental health crisis in children and young people in Cassidy's hometown of Kingston, NY and the surrounding areas.

These donations will support United We Om's continued programming providing trauma-responsive yoga, meditation and breathing practices to the community at no cost. With the generous donations made in honor of Cassidy in 2022, United We Om has provided ongoing classes addressing mental health in Kingston at the Benedictine Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program for Teens and Adults, House of Serenity Women's Recovery Home, and is soon to begin classes for the Ulster County Department of Probation in their Survivors of Sexual Assault program. The donations in honor of Cassidy also provided 60 community members with a two-day by-donation Training in September 2022 at The Peoples Place in Kingston. Participants gained an understanding of the causes of trauma and mental health issues, and learned scientifically based tools from the practices of Yoga, Meditation and Breathing. United We Om is committed to expanding our programming in 2023 for mental health and trauma-response in Ulster County and the Kingston area.
