Celebrating the Life of Cassidy Flood
Join us as we "Go All In for Mental Health" and plunge into the Hudson River to raise awareness and support for Mental Health wellness.
In honor of Cassidy's 23rd Birthday, the Flood family is continuing to honor her bright and inspiring legacy with a plunge in the frigid waters of the Hudson River. All donations made to the "Go All In for Mental Health" campaign will be used to support the mental health crisis in children and young people in Cassidy's hometown of Kingston, NY and the surrounding areas.
Donations will support United We Om's Karma Project program, providing micro-grants supporting mental health wellness. The generous donations made in honor of Cassidy have provided yoga and meditation classes in Kingston at the Benedictine Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program for Teens and Adults, at the Samadhi Recovery House, at the House of Serenity Women's Recovery Home and for the Ulster County Department of Probation in their Survivors of Sexual Assault program. In April, United We Om will announce its 2024 grant recipients, with a specific focus on mental health wellness in children, seniors, Veterans, the houseless and the incarcerated.
